C A N C E L L A T I O N   P O L I C Y

To our beautiful clients and new clients wanting to join our salon,


Due to the popular demand of Iconic Stylists, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the implementation following scheduling policy effective as of December 1st 2019. It’s a standard policy used by most hair and beauty salons due to the frequency of client cancellations.


Please notify us 48 hours in advance of any cancellation. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the cost of the scheduled service. 24 hours or less notice will require the scheduled appointment fee to be paid in full.


First time no shows will require a 50% deposit to secure their next booking.


Second time no shows, we will require your next appointment to be prepaid in full.


When clients cancel an appointment without sufficient notice, we not only miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, but clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.


We are a small buisness and rely on our bookings to keep our beautiful little salon operating as amazingly as it does.

Late cancellations have a huge impact on small businesses like ours so we hope you understand our reasoning and we thank you in advance for your support.
